19th Century dress

I've been wanting to make myself a loli type dress with lots of ribbons and lace, so I've been trying to come up with some ideas as far as the design of the dress. In my musings about it this morning as I lay in bed being too lazy to get up, I came up with this. It's more 19th century London than loli, and there isn't as much ribbons as I'd like, but I still found this idea awesome. It really needs a top hat to go with it. I haven't decided if a mini one or just a regular authentic one would be best though.
